1. Registration page overview
Part 1 - General meeting information
This section will show general information about the meeting being held, such as dates, venue and whom to contact.
Part 2 - Personal details
This section shows data from your profile. Please note these data can not be changed in this form. If you need to change these data, please cancel the registration and go to your profile section to edit
Part 1 contains general info about the meeting.
Part 2 show the participant's personal details from their profile data. It is NOT possible to edit these data on this form. If data are not correct, the user will need to go to their profile data and please proceed to your profile section edit these.
Part 3 is where the participant needs to indicate how they will attend the meeting, and which entity they are representing during the meeting.

2. Detailed description
Part 3 - Representing information
In this section you will provide information on how you will participate and which entity you are representing.
The form will only ask information on the type of attendance if the meeting is hybrid. If the meeting is fully virtual this information is not needed.

Representing: Under "Representing" you will indicate which entity you are representing, while attending the meeting, according to the following options: Attending: if a meeting is Hybrid the option to participate either physical or virtual are indicated as options. Please note that a meeting can be hybrid with no more available seats in either physical or virtual, in which case the option is not selectable.

Private Comment: If you have a private comment for the organiser/Chair of the meeting, please use the text field. The note will ONLY be visible to the organiser of the meeting, the Chair and ECO staff.
