The “receive power dynamic range” input parameter (denoted Pcmax in Table 12) is the maximum range of the receive power that a victim link receiver can accept, in terms of the maximum receive power over the VLR’s sensitivity threshold. This means that if the trialled dRSS value exceeds (sens+Pcmax), the dRSSmax is set to the “sensitivity” + “Receive power dynamic range”. Figure 432 437 (a) and (b) present an example on how to set the PC off and on respectively. Figure 433 438 (a) and (b) illustrates the effect of the power control in the victim link for PC off and on respectively.
