Before anything else, you need to connect to a meeting using the MeetingHUB. Follow this easy 3-step guide to get connected

Register for meeting on the CEPT Portal.

Login to CEPT portal and follow the normal procedure for registering to a meeting.

Access the meeting

To access the meeting, go to  ”My Meetings” in your CEPT portal profile.

in the right-hand side menu when you are logged in. The list of meetings you are registered to will be displayed. Click the mHub icon next to the meeting to access the MeetingHub and it will open in a new window

The first time you enter the MeetingHub, you will be asked to allow notifications.

Enabling this setting, you will be notified on your screen about activities in the MeetingHub, when the MeetingHub window is not visible. (Picture shown for Chrome, other browsers may ask differently) Please note notifications can be turned on/off in the browser setting.

Please note: This step is done for you when you are registered for a meeting virtually.

If you are participating in a meeting physically, you can use GoTo but are not required to.

GoTo will start automatically in the left side if your browser window, and you only need to click "Connect" when ready. Please note access to the meeting will open 30 minutes before the meeting starts.
 

You can arrange the width of the individual panes by dragging the center line.

If the GoTo do not start , you can access by clicking the GoTo icon in the menu. Please note that WebApp only works for Edge and Chrome browsers,
