The simulation summary (left of Figure 242) gives you provides a quick access to the mean, median and standard deviation of the dRSS, iRSS unwanted and iRSSblocking

The mean is computed using the simulated results in dB. The median is computed using the simulated results converted to linear value values and then the median is expressed in converted again to dB. The standard deviation (StdDev) is computed using the simulated results in dB. This is discussed further explained in Annex ‎A1A1.5.1.
