Chat System
ECO implemented a chat system based on the Open Source ROCKET CHAT system - http://rocket.chat
The Chat system is integrated into the CEPT portal, and allows access by browser through the portal, and mobile device.
There are 3 ways to access the chat system, which is decribed in this wiki.

1 | Via webbrowser, connection to the web address: https://chat.cept.org. This access will normally also be available as a link in the group menu of the CEPT portal group where chat is enabled. Read more under "How to access chat system" |
2 | Via MobileApp - download and install the RocketChat app in Apple AppStore or Google Play Store - search for "Rocket Chat" |
3 | Via Desktop application - download and install from https://rocket.chat/install |
