Workplace setup
Â
Attending with a single-screen setup
Organise the windows, so both the GoToMeeting and the MeetingHub windows are visible at the same time.
If your screen size/resolution is not sufficient and only one window can be open at a time, please enable notifications in the MeetingHub window. You can then switch between the GoToMeeting and MeetingHub window when needed (Windows keys: Ctrl-Tab, Mac keys: Command-Tab).
Â
Attending with a multi-screen setup
If you have the opportunity to use two screens, you can display the GoToMeeting on one screen, and the MeetingHub on the other screen.
If you are the presenter in a meeting, you can choose to share only the screen where GoToMeeting is running .
ECO generally advice the presenter to use two screens when presenting content to avoid personal messages in The MeetingHub to be displayed in G2M or projector at the venue.
Please note some settings on the computer may need to be adjusted, as the extra monitor will need to be setup to "extent" the screen and not "duplicate". If you are running windows operating system, this is adjusted in the screen setup (right-click on desktop and select "Display settings"

Attending with multiple devices
If you have access to multiple devices when accessing a Hybrid Meeting, you can start GoToMeeting on one device and the MeetingHub on the other device.
The second device can be either a computer or a mobile device.
Generally you will access the MeetingHub on both devices, and on one of them you will leave GotoMeeting running, while on the other device you will leave the MeetingHub running.
Please note that you will have to login on the CEPT Portal on both devices to start the meeting from "My Meetings".
If you are the presenter in a meeting, you can then share the screen where GoToMeeting is running .
Step by Step process:
Device 1 (The device where the shared screen is shown):
Login to the CEPT Portal
Goto "My Meetings"
Click the "mHub" icon for the meeting to be attended and the MeetingHub Window will open
Click the GoToMeeting button in the MeetingHub to start the GoToMeeting session.
Close the MeetingHub window.
You are now left with only the GoToMeeting window open on this screen, from here you will share content.
Â
Device 2 (The device where the MeetingHub is active)
If this is a mobile device with a camera, you can scan the QR code in the MeetingHub window on devices 1 to get direct access to MeetingHub.
Repeat the first 3 steps as for device 1 above
You have now only the MeetingHub window open on this screen.
