The implementation in SEAMCAT contains a consistency check of input parameters. It produces error messages if input parameters are not in the range specified by Recommendation ITU-R P.528-5 i.e.:


Antenna height: 

5–20 000 m;

Frequency: 

100–30 000 MHz;

Time percentage: 

1–99 %.
