3.2.3 Receiver

Set the victim link receiver by selecting the receiver tab.

The parameters should be field according to the value of Table 6.

• The noise floor is –110 dBm. (#1 of Figure 70);
• The reception bandwidth is 200 kHz;  (#2 of Figure 70);
• To simulate an omni-directional antenna, leave blank the horizontal pattern or select the omni directional antenna from the library  (#3). The antenna peak gain is to be set to a value of 9 dBi; (#4) (see Figure 71);
• The antenna height is 30 m; (#5 of Figure 72);
• The interference criteria of the victim link receiver are a C/I of 19 dB, a C/(N+I) of 16 dB, a  (N+I)/N criteria of 3 dB and a I/N of 0 dB; (#6 of Figure 73).
