As an example of a UE spectrum emission masks (i.e. CDMA UL as interferer), TS 25.101 [5] indicates that the power of any UE emission shall not exceed the levels specified in Table 67.

Table 67 provides directly the values in dBc which are also the format for the SEAMCAT input. Therefore the values from Table 67 translate into SEAMCAT as illustrated in Figure 383.
