A1.1 DISTRIBUTIONS
The user has access to the distribution window from the
button. This window allows defining the statistical distribution function to be associated with the given variable parameter, whose value would be randomly generated each time when starting a new event during simulation. This is the most often used data type in SEAMCAT, as a majority of the parameters in the workspace scenario may be defined via distributions, with those randomly generated parameters providing the statistical essence of Monte-Carlo simulations in SEAMCAT.
