A17.15.1.3 Algorithm

Recommendation ITU-R P.528  Annex 2 describes separate stages of the calculation. A step-by-step description of the overall interpolation method is given in § 8 of that Annex. Section 2 gives the calculation for field strength from the transmission loss value(s) taken from the curves in Annex 3. Sections 3 to 8 of this Annex describe how to interpolate for distance, h1, h2, frequency and percentage time.
