GotoMeeting - Presenter
If you are granted the "Presenter role" in a GoToMeeting meeting, this is for you.
You will need to connect to the meeting first - see "GoToMeeting - Attendee" for this instruction.
As a presenter you have additional options for managing the meeting in the GoToMeeting Application.
Some considerations if you are to host a meeting as a presenter:
ECO has organiser rights and can also give organiser/presenter rights to the chair. Organisers/presenters can mute other participants and have control over who can share their screen
Participants should be advised to always mute themselves when not speaking to avoid any noise/interference. Organisers can mute individual participants or “mute all” if necessary.
When sharing, share the entire screen with the app needed, otherwise you will need to re-do the procedure over and over again if only sharing specific documents.
Use en extra monitor and place sensitive information not for sharing here (access to chats and emails) and to maintain the MeetingHub.
