Known Errors MH

This page will be updated on any known errors in the system.

We tried our best to test the functionalities of the MeetingHub before we released the software. However sometimes details can slip our attention.

ECO takes care of the continuous improvement of the MeetingHub in order to solve the encountered errors as quickly as possible.

If you find any error or misunderstanding in the system, please report it to eco@eco.cept.org. Please be as descriptive as possible in your error report.

GotoMeeting have no access to Microphone/Camera in single-window mode.

We are investigating an issue where the GotoMeeting (G2M) part of the MHub window do not have access to the microphone and windows.

The G2M window will display an error that no Microphone / Camera is accessible.

Current workaround is to select the the flower icon in the menu bar and “Start WebApp” this will open a new window with only G2M that works. Unfortunately users will have to navigate 2 windows (MHub and G2M) in this setup.
