I do not receive a password reset mail when i click the "forgot password".

You can change your chat password by using either forgot password on the login page of the chat or by maintaining the user profile in the chat system.
If the mail with info to change password does not arrive at your inbox, please check your spamfiler / unwanted mail folder. If still no success, please contact helpdesk@eco.cept.org and we will assist.
