Organiser Workplace
Organisers in the MeetingHub might have the need to share their screen during meetings. In this case, a member of the ECO will give Organisers the presenter rights in GoTo.
The presenter role in GoTo is different from being an organiser in the MeetingHub.
We recommend Organisers to work either with two different monitors or devices (PC, mobile device, etc.), so to display/run the MeetingHub and the GoTo separately on them. Please follow the instructions on "Attending with multi-screen setup" or "Attending with multiple devices"
When sharing content in GoTo, presenters have the option to share either their screen or a specific application. When the screen is shared, all the applications running on the shared screen are visible to all participants. Be mindful that if both the GoTo and MeetingHub windows are placed on the same shared screen, the chat window in the MeetingHub (which might include private conversations) is also displayed to the participants.
